Top Flight Men’s Flag Football League, Vancouver BC
With teams involved since approx. 1990 – the Top Flight Flag Football League (TFFL) offers a great action packed, weekend activity for new, college, junior football and retired pro football players alike. Its not only great to be a part of but also great to watch. TFFL is a 8 on 8 man format with 4 downs to get 20 yards. We have 2 seasons per year (Spring & Fall) which run in total about 6 months a year.
